Short answer

Choose Dodo in NotchPop Revenue and enter your live Dodo Payments API key. The app reads successful payments to build its supported payment overview. Treat today, month and recent-transaction figures as payment observations, rather than assuming they represent a payout or available balance.

Connect the live account you mean to inspect

The Dodo connection is for the live service. A test environment and a live business are different sources, so a test key is not a shortcut for seeing real payments. The app's connection form directs you to the Developer area of your Dodo Payments dashboard for the live API key.

Open Revenue, select Dodo and enter the value in the app's secure connection field. Credentials are stored in Keychain. Check the business context and connection result before using the overview; the presence of a saved key alone does not prove a fetch succeeded.

Understand how the payment overview is assembled

NotchPop reads the payments list and follows its pagination rather than treating the first page as the entire account. The supported calculation selects successful payments with a usable currency and creation date. A pending or failed attempt is therefore different from a payment included in this reading.

The today and month summaries use the Mac's calendar boundaries, so compare time zones when a late-night payment seems to belong to a different day in another report. Read the displayed currency too: amounts in different currencies should not be added as though their numerical values were equivalent.

Recent transactions help you identify the payment behind a change. They do not establish the final settlement, tax treatment or payout for that payment. Open the original provider record for those questions rather than inferring them from a single compact total.

Investigate a missing payment in order

  1. Confirm the Dodo provider and the intended live account.
  2. Read the last-sync time and any error, then refresh if appropriate.
  3. Check that the payment succeeded and compare its creation date and currency.
  4. Use the original Dodo Payments dashboard to inspect the complete payment record.

If the service rejects the key, address the connection before interpreting the empty panel. If the network fails or a sync is cancelled, the app reports that failure rather than making a trustworthy new total out of partial information. Retain the error text with the key redacted when asking for help.

Keep Stripe balances separate from Dodo payment totals, and read Polar orders in their own provider view. For the traffic around a launch, the Google Analytics guide explains a separate reporting connection.
