Clear terms for a small, focused app.
These terms apply when you download, purchase, or use NotchPop. By using the app, you agree to them.
Last updated: September 20, 2026License and ownership
NotchPop is licensed, not sold. A valid license gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app on the number of devices stated at purchase. The app, brand, design, and source materials remain the property of their respective owner.
Acceptable use
You may use NotchPop for personal or business productivity. You may not redistribute commercial builds or license keys, bypass licensing controls, misrepresent the app as your own product, use it to violate another person’s rights, or interfere with connected services.
Third-party services
Optional integrations are provided by independent third parties and may have their own terms, availability, rate limits, and privacy practices. You are responsible for the credentials and accounts you connect. NotchPop does not guarantee the continued availability of any external service.
Updates and compatibility
NotchPop currently requires macOS 14 or later. Features, supported integrations, and system requirements may change as macOS and third-party services evolve. Updates can add, change, or remove functionality when needed for reliability, security, or compatibility.
Warranty disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. No software is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Always keep backups of important files and do not use the drop shelf or clipboard as your only storage location.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from the app is limited to the amount paid for the applicable license. This limitation does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be reflected by a new “last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
